Should States Ratify Human Rights Conventions?

Human Rights and Federalism in Nepal's new Constitution

This working group addresses how Nepal's new constitution can best express Nepal's commitment to human rights, especially those of indigenous peoples and minorities, and to respect federal principles. Some results are published in a special issue of The International Journal on Minority and Group Rights in 2011. In charge: Andreas Follesdal.
