— Much Ado About Nothing? in Tidsskrift for Rettsvitenskap: Should recent reports of political appointments of Norwegian Supreme Court judges by Grendstad et al give rise to concern and reform of the process, e.g. toward more explicitly politicized hearings or vetting of nominees?
